Volatile functions like NOW, INDIRECT and OFFSET, whole-column references, IMPORTRANGE chains and unused rows found and replaced.
Formula repair
Broken and fragile formulas rebuilt, with copied-down formulas replaced by single ARRAYFORMULA or QUERY formulas where it helps.
Data cleanup
Duplicates merged, names and addresses standardized, text dates turned into real dates and phone numbers formatted one way.
Structure
Raw data, calculations and reports split onto their own tabs so people stop typing over formulas.
Validation and protection
Dropdowns and rules so new data comes in clean, and protected ranges so formulas can't be overwritten.
Plain-language report
A short note on what was wrong, what changed and what to avoid, so the sheet stays healthy.
From 40 seconds to 3
A common case: a sheet with a dozen VLOOKUPs copied down every row of a 20,000-row tab, each looking up a range that uses INDIRECT. Replacing them with one lookup formula per column and removing INDIRECT is often the difference between a sheet that freezes and one that opens in a few seconds.

Only if you want me to. Repair work keeps your layout and tabs as they are and changes what's underneath.
Is my data safe while you work?
I work on a copy first and only change the live file once you've checked the result. Google's version history also keeps every earlier state.
How do I share a sheet with you?
Share it with edit access, or make a copy with sensitive columns removed. If it holds customer payment or health information, tell me first and we'll work out a safe way to look at it.
How long does a cleanup take?
Most single sheets take a few days. I'll give you a fixed quote after a first look.
