Hi, I'm Matt
I build Google Sheets and Apps Script systems for small businesses, programs and nonprofits. I learned it the practical way, by running a business on them.
I'd rather build you something small that works every day than something impressive you're afraid to touch.
For six years I ran my own local business. Like most small operators, I did the marketing, the scheduling, the billing and the software. Our registrations, payments, rosters and reports all ran on Google Sheets and Apps Script that I wrote and kept improving season after season.
That's where I learned what matters in these systems. The person using it at 7am before the phones start ringing needs it to be obvious. The totals have to be right, every time. And when something goes wrong, someone needs to get an email that says what and where, not find out a week later.
Today I build those systems for other people: registration and payment setups, automations that take hours of copy and paste out of the week, dashboards, small web apps and connections to tools like Stripe and QuickBooks. I also run Multitude Creative, where I build websites and local SEO for small businesses.
