Google Sheets systems for sports camps and leagues

Camps and leagues run on lists: who signed up, for which week or division, whether they paid and which team or group they're in. I build that whole system on Google Sheets, so families register and pay online and your rosters, balances and emails take care of themselves.

What I build for sports camps and leagues

The pieces that come up most. Your system gets the ones you need and none you don't.

Online registration

One form for all your weeks, divisions or age groups, with several kids per family and the fields your program needs.

Limits and waitlists

Each week or division closes when full, and the next family on the waitlist gets an email when a spot opens.

Payments matched to campers

Stripe, Square or PayPal payment links set to the right amount, with sibling and early-bird discounts and payments marked against each family.

Rosters and team assignments

Rosters by week, group or team, with a tab for assigning players to teams and coaches.

Parent emails

Confirmations, a reminder before the first day, weather or schedule updates to one group, and balance reminders.

Season dashboard

Enrollment by week or division, open spots, revenue collected and who still owes money.

What the sheet looks like

Plain columns your team can read, with the scripts doing the work around them.

Common questions

Can families register more than one child at once?

Yes. One registration can include several campers, each with their own week or division, and sibling discounts can apply automatically.

Can coaches see their rosters?

Yes. Coaches can get a view-only roster sheet or a phone-friendly page that shows only their group.

What about medical info and waivers?

The form can collect allergy and emergency contact details and record agreement to your waiver. That data stays in your Google account, and I limit who can see those columns.

Do I have to pay a fee per registration?

No. Since the system runs in your own Google account, the only per-transaction cost is your card processor's normal fee.

A few sentences is enough to start. I'll reply with questions, then a plan and a fixed quote.
